Spike in One Ear?!

Hi guys - I've had a recent spike in my right ear. It's deafingly loud at night.
I went to the doc on Tuesday who said I had loads of ear wax in it and quickly syringed it all out.
It's now Thursday and it's still just as loud :/
Does anyone know if it will calm in time or is this it now?!!

It should settle over the next few days if wax related.
Give it time and try to stay calm as anxiety will feed the tinnitus too.
If you still have it in a few weeks then see your doctor again for a check up ....lots of love glynis
