Spikes During Afternoons?

Hello guys,

I noticed that my T are usually normal during morning, but spikes somewhere after lunch to mid-afternoon. During evenings is back to normal somewhat again. Just curious what causes this temporary spike? Is it because of the food intake during lunch (or/and more noise since people are eating at the same time) or is it because you get more tired etc? It's rather weird that it goes up and down like that. Any thoughts are appreciated!

 

Works the same for me don't know why, I just by accident answer my phone when it was on speaker phone and it just gave me a higher spike on my right ear , I hope it goes down.

 

Same here. Started two weeks ago. Wtf is happening!? I don't have any algorithm to prevent that and I'm getting very mad.
