SSRIs and Benzos & Tinnitus

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      syringing, headphones
      I hope my increase of H has to do with ativan tapering and that it will subside in time.
      It worked well for anxiety for a short period, but I couldn't relax.

      @DutchGuy Did you try Mirtazepine before sleeping? Im on 15mg which I take 10 minutes before bed time, and I sleep very well.

      No I'm on temazepam. But it's working for only 4 hours. I see mirtazapine is an AD. I also take the AD effexor .

      Mirtazapine works as a sleep aid in dosage smaller than 30mg. I chose it above other sleep meds because it's not physically addictive. Most other meds are physically addictive. It works very well on me as a sleep aid.

      Of course, it could and probably is, psychologically addicting. They probably all are.

      6 forced monthly shots of invega sustenna and risperidal consta
      meds cause the worst tinnitus
