Strange Spike After the Flu Shot

Three weeks ago or so I walked into my new office where we are doing construction.

Electrician was drilling a hole but it was not loud at all. It seems my tinnitus spiked next day and it was a bit loud for one week or so and then I took flu shot. Tinnitus spiked again and it's been some what loud since then.

It's about at 6 now and before it was very mild (around 2 out of 10).

Doesn't make any sense. I was having a quiet time for many months!

@Sean I get flu shots each year and can't say it affects my tinnitus. Hope it goes back to a 2 for you soon.
