Just found this board yesterday and saw the tip on the proper way to use the nasal spray. I can already tell a slight improvement. Thank you! My symptoms started last spring. I was taking 800 MG of ibuprofen 2x a day for Osteoarthritis. I think that may have caused the ringing and pulsating in my ears. On the bright side my osteoarthritis hasn't been bothering me at all this winter! My ENT is still testing etc. Have an appointment next week.

      Welcome to the forums.
Yeah ibuprofen can be ototoxic, but it's actually pretty rare.
How long were you taking it?
It usually would have to be over a fair amount of time to damage the ears with ibuprofen.
      But it isn't unheard of.
