It does now! I had no idea they sounded like that.

People are forever thinking up new ways to make noise. Why do people hate quiet so much?

I'm not so optimistic. Leaf blowers have been around a long time and look at how loud they are. People with healthy ears don't care about noise and they don't care about us.
