This Sound Therapy Really Helped My Tinnitus Tonight

I've had pretty bad tinnitus for a month now since I got an ear infection and ruptured my ear drum. I have been struggling trying to find a way to deal with the LOUD noise I have all day. I think I found a breakthrough for this crap for me on how to cope with tinnitus. I was having a bad spike which I have every day at around the same time and my anxiety was through the roof. I lit some frankensense to calm me down, I got sick of listening to the same white noise so I went to you tube to find something new. I found this and my spike stopped right away and my tinnitus is at a minimum right now. It's so quiet I barely notice it. I may not last long but even 10 mins of this is nice. Try this out and let me know if it helps u at all.
