I now have over 60% percent high frequency hearing loss in both ears, LOUD TINNITUS in both ears, and painful hyperacusis

Been to one of the best Otolaryngologist in New England and the prognosis is "try CBT, it's the only thing that may help."

Everything is my life has changed. Even my relationship with my awesome wife. I don't socialize anymore and had a dreadful Christmas retreating to my bedroom to mask this monster.

Will there ever be a ray of sunshine on this black cloud? Please help.
