Thumping Sound in Ear

Anybody experience a random thumping sound in ear. It comes and goes . Been having this for a couple days and is starting to worry me. I also fill slight fullness in left ear( that's the one that's thumping). Right ear has the normal hissing that I always have.

 

I can actually feel my eardrum twitching when it does it

 

I got like a tugging feeling but it passed.

 

Yes I get this every so often, used to have it in both ears, but only left one now, used to Realy annoy me
At first but got used to it now, I did mention this to my doctor, and he said all part of the tinnitus
