So I am new here and while I should probably make an intro thread first, and might make one at some point in the future, I really just want to ask these two questions as they just came up.

I've had Tinnitus my whole life. Since I was 5. I'm 25 now. I only became aware that this ringing isn't normal around October last year. Anyways, I was just trying to sleep when I noticed my tinnitus gets MUCH louder when I tilt my head forward, as if I am trying to touch my chin to my chest, specifically my right ear. Is there any reason for this? I also seem to have kind of a constant pressure on my ears, and always, ALWAYS, when I swallow my ears pop.

I have yet to go to an ENT but I have plans to this month. Any help or explanation to these two things would be appreciated.

Hi Danniel,
You could have Eustation Tube Dysfunction..
Also neck problems and tight muscles can spike tinnitus...lots of love glynis
