Hello everyone, I am new to this forum . On 17th of December I remember feeling really dizzy at a friend's house. I stayed over hoping the next day I will be okay but I wasn't . It's been almost five weeks the dizziness is getting better but I can hear a high pitched noise in both of my ears around 12000 Hz.
I can still talk to people and have conversations I had my hearing checked and the results were normal I've been to 4 ent specialists and everyone tells me my tinnitus will go but deep down I feel like this is going to last forever because everyday I wake up it's still there and I don't hear it getting any lower and the frequency remains the same.
I've noticed when I'm chewing gum I can hear it get louder which is strange.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help and guide me as this is something new to me and being a musician it's hard for me not to notice the sound. I've lost 7 kgs and I can't stop myself thinking about what I've gone through. I don't feel the same anymore.
Is there a chance that it will go away?
I've been having betaserc and I'm working on my vestibular rehab exercises.
