Tinnitus and Nerve/Skin Pain?

Has anyone else had their tinnitus start around the same time as a neuropathy like pain? I've had pins and needles sort of feelings, as well as occasional burning/itching skin, pretty much everwhere on me.

It seems like a nerve problem that caused my tinnitus onset as well as that perhaps, but I've been tested for tons of stuff and nothing came up as the cause of nerve issues.

Anyone else have this?

 

The symptoms could be due to anxiety and that also would trigger your tinnitus.
