Tinnitus Becoming Very Loud. Why?

Hello everyone, I am writing because unfortunately two weeks my tinnitus has become very high volume.
I was not exposed to high volumes or anything.
In recent months was very low, only felt during the night in silence. I was fine.
My bilateral tinnitus is born of an acoustic trauma (but without hearing damage) eight months ago, after a rock concert, with a progressive improvement until now. However, currently, exceeds the ambient noise and perceive it in the head 24 hours a 24. They are near nervous breakdown
