Tinnitus Caused by Electric Shock in Surgery

I am victim of electrical burns and injuries causing nerve, muscle damage & tinnitus. Has anyone else, apart from me, been a victim of electrical surgery injuries? The tinnitus is the final nail in the coffin of what has been a lonely, tortuous experience.
