Tinnitus For One Year

I had suffered from tinnitus for last one year. When I started realizing my inner ear damage I feel very frustrated. So I was looking on Internet for finding help, as most people do. After few weeks, we went to that clinic and started my healing process. They asked me to wear ear plugs, I used it for more than seven months. In this mean time I noticed some change in tinnitus.
