Tinnitus for Way too Long

Hey, basically I've had tinnitus for pretty much as long as I can remember and I don't feel I can talk to anyone about it...even this is hard!
I guess I just need someone to talk to that suffers as well to know that my feelings are normal in this situation and how other people cope because I'm struggling here. I can't sleep I have no appetite I'm really down but no one seems to notice because I have become so good at putting on a brave face.
I have an appt at my local hospital finally but I'm not optimistic at all.

Any comments please??

I have had it for over two months and it has done the same thing to me.Some people say it gets better on its on.I can only hope it does. There is other people in this forum that has done well.Start looking and reading
there. I hope that it gets better for you. Because I know what it feels like.

I know it does not help much but i put a post on there about William Shatner.He had T also.
