Tinnitus from a Dumbass Throwing a Firework Into a Car

But I just want to know what can I do to prevent spikes and guys please be positive I’ve been fighting depression a long time before this and I’m just ready to move forward with my life please any advice would be good and if I’m doing anything wrong please let me know thank you everyone I hope all is well

 

I wonder if this guy healed? Maybe in prison for killing that kid that threw the fire work into the car?
