Hi,
I have a friend who got tinnitus in one ear which I think was initially due to a perforated eardrum but what triggered it was loud music using headphones.
He could live with it at first but then it started in the other ear. That was bad for him at first but he could live with that too.
Then he went on holiday and had a hard week on recreational drugs which wasn't good, but now he has been getting brain zaps when lying down and walking and it makes him feel faint. Also things like fans and refrigerators make a whistling noise in his ears.
What can I recommend him?
Thank you
