Tinnitus in My Right Ear Was Gone for a Few Days, But Is Now Back :(

Stinks my t in my r ear was gone for a few days. Back now and I can't tell but I think it is different from before.

 

If mine were to go away for a bit then come back, I'd think I was improving. Maybe this is a good sign.

they say panic will feed the beast. Be concerned about your RESPONSE. Evaluate your response. Say to yourself, hmm, a slight change and leave it at that.. Then look back on that response tomorrow or the next day and you will start to log responses that weren't panicky. Tricky, eh?
