      Tinnitus Since:
      2013
      Cause of Tinnitus:
Can't recall. Recently worse from Ear Irrigation
It would seem my tinnitus is bothering me yet again. I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember but very seldom my tinnitus spikes to a level that is very much uncomfortable. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I've been out of school and home a lot more than usual. As an avid gamer, I've mainly played some video games with friends using a headset.

Moving along, I've noticed these past few days my tinnitus has been noticeably louder than the norm. Mainly I've been hearing this more intrusive hiss in both ears, more prominant in my right ear. I really don't know what spiked it and I hope it goes back to baseline soon. Last time my tinnitus bothered me this bad was back in January when I had my ears flushed, but the spike went down after a weekish.

Things I have that may have aggravated my tinnitus:

      Chronic ear fullness
Experienced a sore jaw/clenching since spike started, probably from stress
      Using headphones?

Any advice would be nice. I hope this awful spike subsides soon. I've been easily irritated and haven't got a lot of sleep due to my current situation.
