Tinnitus Often with Good Days

I have had tinnitus for years and can't understand why I have maybe one or two days a week when I don't notice my tinnitus, however most days I have tinnitus in both ears along with depression or some days it is more pronounced in either the left ear or right ear only.

I pray every night for relief and have been to an ENT who basically said that I just have to live with it.

My tinnitus is a really high pitched steady noise accompanied occasionally with a sound similar to Crickets.

I am totally confused and hoping for relief someday. Has anyone been to a Neurologist?

Your T is minor compared to many members here.
Try to habituate with your T and continue your life.
Also, stay away from loud environment.
Do not aggravate your T.
