Tinnitus Plus Headache

For the last couple of days my T has been accompanied by a constant headache across the top of the head. Can't rid of it with painkillers. Possibly just stress.

I also had this the first 6 weeks or so. It could be stress and tension, but I noticed that I would get headaches after being in a "noisy" environment for too long. It was like my ears couldn't take it and I ended up with a massive headache.

What painkillers do you take? You could try something natural like tumeric and see if that helps.

Taking Panadol Extra, and Panadol Night which helps aid sleep, although didn't work last night. Had a serious spike that wouldn't relent and was louder than I was prepared to turn the masking music up!
Will try some tumeric. Cheers
