Tinnitus/Ringing in the Brain Caused by Neurasthenia

I'm a programmer. Before the ringing in my ears, I yawned every day. After two months of high-frequency tinnitus, I began to experience headaches, dizziness, insomnia and palpitations.

 

Hello, can you explain how your tinnitus is? Does it react to external sounds? Do you have multiple tones?

 

Hey there @PortugalTheMan, do you have central high frequency tinnitus? Mine is reactive and more a crickets/electrical hiss and very intrusive.

 

When will it end?

I'm too tired.
