Hey Guys,

I came back to these forums to try and help others out, however ever since doing that it has caused my tinnitus to spike and this is undoing all the hard work I put in habituating the first time, unfortunately, I'm going to have to stay away from boards like this as it does me no good however it does kind of re-enforce to me that the best way to deal with it is to forget about it and stop thinking about it, so try to keep that in mind.

Thanks.
Tom

Don't go.

T fluctuates, and often these fluctuation don't seem to have a cause that is easy to identify. I am leaning towards the realization that cinnamon tends to make my T more high pitched and harder to ignore. You might have had some cinnamon (or something else that you happen to be sensitive to), and are now blaming this forum for the resulting spike...

I've heard many say that staying away from support forums is a good idea. Personally I don't think it affects me although as Bill alluded to, I don't know what does.

I agree with this. Maybe I'm just too sensitive though. :/

All the best
