So my T has been getting worse the past 2 months more than the first 2 years... And today in the morning my little brother accidently coughed. Next to my ear and it
Spiked once again idk why my ear is spiking so frequently even for stupid little things when at first it would only spike due to something really loud.. And i was going to finally hike today but that didnt happen due to the spike which killed my day...Does anyone know why this is happening and i am freaking out because i think i am starting to develop it in my right ear since i only had it my left ear my ent said that that cant happen but what do they know he said its just my head messing with me but i dont know what to believe anymore.. Why is my t keep spiking like this...

I also developed sinisitus due to the T sonmy doctor told me because my ears plug and i have to pop them all through out the day i feel alot of pressure in them.. And my jaw has been crackling often told my ent he said its not related to tinnitus ..but idk all this happend as soon as T did..

And your ENT would be wrong about the crackling jaw and the pressure in your ears. I was just diagnosed with TMJ dysfunction. You might want to visit your dentist for a second opinion. TMJ is treatable, I'm hoping my T will become less of a pest with treatment.

This site describes the symptoms, I didn't use this doctor but I found this info useful; http://www.drmikepilar.com/tmj_symptoms.html
I have had the ear pain and stuffiness for months, TMD is very treatable and treatment should help with the pain and stuffiness right away, the T can also be reduced, I'm hopeful this will occur for me. I have already noticed less of the whole head buzzy sensation.
Things I've done so far include having a Chiropractor that I trust to pop my jaw back in place followed by a couple of days of soft food. I had my dentist do some tooth shaping on my molars to help correct my bite. Things I haven't done yet but will do include a special night guard to break the clenching grinding cycle at night, physio and massage treatment for TMJ. My dentist will refer me to a specialist if needed down the road.
