It's been over a month and it's still going strong. I feel so so sad.

      Can it improve?

are either of your spikes due to an ototoxic reaction from taking medications ?

Just wondering ? I would like to know

I'm not having any spike. I'm T is pretty constant (constantly loud).
I don't think the OP is having a spike either: s/he is just mentioning that it doesn't seem to be going away.

You can also look at our profile's "Cause of Tinnitus" field (also visible under our avatar), and you'll see that the OP has T because of music, and I have it because of otosclerosis. It doesn't look like a match for what you're looking for (ototoxic reaction to meds).
