Tinnitus - The Positive Outlook

Hi everyone. I found this web site http://blog.szynalski.com/2010/12/24/tinnitus-tips/ and thought it had a good positive spin on T and just wanted to share in the hopes that this may help someone else.

Thanks Polar Bear. My T has been so bad the last month or so that I have not made one post. After going over the site I feel much better.

 

Don't know what happened, played the tone game, went to bed, got a good nights sleep, woke up and for the fisrt time in almost a month T is very very low. Hmmmm

1. The more attention you give to your tinnitus, the louder it gets.(What happens is, you are telling your brain “This sound is important, I want to hear it more clearly”.)
2. The louder your tinnitus is, the more it attracts your attention, which in turn makes it even louder, and so on.

going through a bad phase the last 2 weeks - just gotta do (or don't do) the things i know help me and keep calm...
got to break the loop!
