      Hi everyone,

I’ve had tinnitus for a year now. ENT specialist states nothing can be done. It’s seems my tinnitus was triggered after a sinus infection, heavy drinking, stress. During this period my mom passed away and I was under severe stress due to this and other personal factors. I’m here looking for help. As I read, it seems this is permanent in most cases.

Question: is there a process I can go through, initial treatments, self diagnosis to determine if this can be cured? As most of you, I’m exploring supplements, diet changes, no caffeine, no booze, exercise etc.

I need to know if I’m wasting my time with these things. Please point me down the right path.

Well, it’s been a couple days now and no response . It dawned on me, I also have cervical stenosis myelopathy, basically , A spinal bone spur pushing into my spinal cord in the upper neck. Do you think this can cause T ? Anyway, looking forward to advice. I’m cleaning my ears and put myself on Flavoniod.
