Tinnitus Since
Last week.
It keeps changing in pitch, sound this is really scaring me..
My head feels all buzzy ( like in my ears)

I'm home alone and having panic attacks and crying my eyes out..I cannot focus or even rest...

Put some music on, go for a walk, do something to take your mind off it. Maybe it's hard to accept it at this point but tinnitus really can't harm you and if you can get your emotions under control those sounds will stop haunting you. The more you panic the harder it is.

Hey maithe ..put some white noise right now and take few deep breath for 10-15 mins ..relax this is only temporary .

I will try that. @Sean and thank you @Magpie I will read them today and try to relax. I think the medication I'm on has taken a toll on my mental health. I'm on predisone ( for the last 7 days) a antibiotic and I took Percocet to try and calm me down I think that made things worse

Hey maithe: I hope you were ok yesterday. I hope you are not taking Percocet on regular basis to relax..I sure you know its a very dangerous medication.
