Day 2 of Prednisone after developing sudden hearing loss a week ago. The daytime ringing seems to have improved quite a bit, but when I lie down at night, the ringing in my left ear becomes a sharper, louder tone.
Can tinnitus be affected by lying flat or by pressure from the pillow? I don't think this is just my imagination because it's quiet at night—it really does get worse as soon as I lie down.
