So the company I work for would like me to travel to Switzerland to meet a client, and have given me the option to either fly or go by train. I have told them about my tinnitus which is why I think they've given me the option.

The train is going to be roughly 8 hours with changes in between, where as the flight is an hour and a half non stop. Obviously flying is what I'd prefer, and talking to my audiologist in the past he's said flying is perfectly fine, but I'm pretty worried that doing this will worsen my tinnitus.

That being said, I did go from London to Paris a couple of months back, and from what I can remember that was both loud and full of pressure changes through tunnels. After all the worrying I turned out fine with no change to my tinnitus. I've never been on a plane before so I can't really compare them.

Given the choice, which would be easier on the ears?
