In many languages, what is the most printed inked phrase on an object of over three words in the last 50 years? It's used less now. Hint: contains the word - before
@Bill Bauer "You should have given people 24 hours before posting the answer."
I just never know if I'll ever be able to post again.
What really set me back, was my GP from consultation with my other doctors. I was told that with my severe condition, I shouldn't try any physical therapy. To only use medications. My GP said any medication that you want, I will write a prescription. Not taking any meds at this time.
Then I had to go look at my online health records where it listed my tinnitus as being catastrophic - C2-C5. That's well over severe at 10/10. I'm in the 1% of the tinnitus world.

@Greg Sacramento, I'm amazed by all the anatomical expertise you shared here. I hope the reason you're no longer on the board is that your health improved or that you found new hobbies or interests. I've been re-reading some of your older posts about neck, shoulder, and jaw issues because my tinnitus has unexpectedly developed a new somatic component that it never had before.
Wherever you are, I send my deepest gratitude.
