TTTS (Tonic Tensor Tympani Syndrome) After Head Injury?

Hello! I hit my head several months ago and got tonic tensor tympani syndrome, which is clicking/thumping in the ear.

Anyone with experience? Has it gone away? Anyone done the surgery?
