Just watched the video! Loved it; what a hoot! And there are some great messages in there, such as hearing protection for young people.

TinnITUS or TINNitus -- which way do you pronounce it? At the doctor's office, everyone says "TINNitus", but the receptionists and appointment schedulers say "TinnITUS". (I've actually read that either pronunciation is correct!)

tinn-EYE-tus. Medical terminology generally pronounces "itus," or refering to a condition, as eye-tus.

      -Itis
      - a suffix used in pathological terms that denote inflammation of an organ (bronchitis; gastritis; neuritis) and hence, in extended senses, nouns denoting abnormal states or conditions, excesses, tendencies, obsessions, etc. (telephonitis; baseballitis).

This guy could be me. The attitude, and in particular how he describes his own condition - the high-pitch that I can no way acurately describe or imitate. Also, in many ways his attitude and approach to toward the problem and his situation.
