OK so I was just sitting here in silence when suddenly I start hearing this weird cow bell like sound in my left ear.

After that went away I was left with this low, high pitched ring that is still here.

Does anyone know what that was and if I'll be OK?

If it matters I've had tinnitus for almost 3 years and it's been pretty quiet for the last few days. I also haven't been around anything that loud in the past few days and my left nostril is clogged. My left ear feels a bit clogged too.

      Could just be spikes.

Maybe do a nasal spray also.

Yeah now that I've calmed down a bit, my right ear also seems to be acting up so this is probably just a spike. Unfortunately I don't have any nasal spray but I'll try that next time if I remember to get some! The only thing I'm concerned about now is that weird sound that triggered this but hopefully it was just a one time thing.
