Last night I couldn't sleep and was watching some stuff on my phone.
During that time my left ear has a weird loud a pop, and the entire left side of my face felt "relieved" for some reason.
My right side did not feel painful or bad but my left side felt really good. It could hear a little more clearly (not necessarily better), and the tinnitus was seemingly completely gone. I put in an 32 dB earplug at 50 dB, and could only barely hear it on that side.
The clogging and tinnitus came back, but it's less on that side right now. I'm pretty sure ETD is a big contributor to my tinnitus, but I can't seem to shake it.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it to it's always like that.
