I'm about 30 days into drug induced (paromomycin) tinnitus. Are there a few things I should do while still in the early stage to mitigate any long term damage?

I'd taken NAC, ALA, L-Carnitine, Vitamin C, E, multivitamin, B-50 supplement, etc. Any audio therapies or anything else I should try?

Unfortunately, I had an unusually high stress event happen at exactly the same time as this. I'm only starting to come down from it now. I'm hoping that didn't complicate matters.

You can try hyperbaric oxygen treatments. I read that those could be effective for tinnitus that is up to 6 weeks (or even 3 months) old. You can read more about those treatments on this site.

You can also try that Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) treatment.

      Good luck!
