What to Make of New Changes

My tinnitus hasn't really fluctuated too much since I got it 5 months ago. My T is very loud. This past week I have had some quiet times, like significantly quieter. There were points that I could barely even hear it. Then, I also had times where it would ramp up even louder than before. This wasn't fleeting T. I could still hear but it felt like it was blocking out all other sound. It sounds like feedback on a microphone. There is the really high noise and a lower tugboat sound that comes in and out. Yesterday I woke up to it being super quiet. Today it is ridiculously loud. I am getting that feedback thing again. I don't know what to make of this. Idk if it's a good sign or a bad one. Any thoughts? Does anyone have this feedback thing or know what it is?
