What Type of Earpiece Does Hyperacusis Sound Therapy Use?

I've been doing a little research on hyperacusis sound therapy and I'm not seeing any pictures of what types of earphones the treatment uses. I'm working at home during COVID-19 and due to the work I need silence to concentrate. However, the silence has made my hearing all the more sensitive. Which is cause for some anxiety as I don't want it to get worse. Been using conference calls this week for the first time. Unfortunately this is playing havoc with my hyperacusis as the laptop has a tinny speaker which is cause for real discomfort.

Can anyone link me to pictures? Wanted to know if it's a hearing aid type thing, or earbuds, or over ear headphones.

Side question: Some of my hyperacusis comes from low quality, or small size, speakers. Not sure why this is. Can anyone shed some light on this?
