What kind of a noise was it? Music or loud noise of some other sort?

The strange thing is that the noise was quite loud but low frequencies instead my T is high freuqency maybe it is why doctor says i do not have hearing loss

      Unfortunately that is quite possible.
Go to a very good doctor as soon as you can, in case there is something you can salvage. In the meantime, take it easy on the ears.

To be honest, I don't think that a few minutes of noise exposure can truly produce permanent damage. Your ears have a defense mechanism as well and I suggest that a very brief exposure to louder sounds cannot really create such adverse effects. Maybe only if it was a very very loud exposure but I sincerely doubt it could have been that loud. Was there anything else you did or experience before the T started? Taking any medications?

If occasional noise exposure was that dangerous, then the vast majority of people would have tinnitus but that is not the case.

Absolutely no medicine! In my life i experienced T after disco or concert but it last only half hour max and it was some years ago

Go as fast as possible to a doctor. The longer you wait, the bigger the chance that your tinnitus will be permanent. Ask for Prednison.

Yes you might try prednisone, it is a steroid but it is said to be effective only taken straight after the trauma, although you can still try taking it.

Being dangerous doesn't mean you have certainty of getting affected, it just indicates elevated risk. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous, but the vast majority of riders doesn't die from the activity.

There are countless of accounts of "one time exposure screwed me" in these very forums, from the guy who was next to an alarm when it went off, to the one who just shot once with a fire arm.
If you're in the minority of the cases that are unlucky, you get T, and then you (sometimes) come here. It's not a majority: those who don't get T don't even come here. But for those who come here with T, their ears are obviously hurting and sending a signal that things aren't OK, and that - unfortunately - may be permanent.

Hopefully it goes away for the OP as the ears heal. Let them heal, and go see a doc asap for a salvage treatment.

But please don't think that one time noise exposure to musical instruments is dangerous, it is not dangerous! If noise was really that hazardous, think about it, most people would be deaf by now! Don't believe everything you see on this forum, you can never be sure what caused someone else's tinnitus regardless of their own claims. Most of the information you can read here is not backed up by any scientific facts. Anyone can say anything basically. That doesn't mean it's the truth.

I sincerely hope that your tinnitus will go away and you will feel normal again :) Go to a doctor and get your hearing checked, not just with the regular audiogram, but other tests as well, OAE for instance. Ask for all possible tests, just to be sure your inner ear is functioning normally.

A high frequency audiogram up to 16kHz wouldn't hurt as well ;)

Thank you nathalie for your adivises, i went already to three doctors and they didn't give me medicine! Next week i meet a specialist of T and i am also scared to take stereoids! Until now I hoped it goes away naturally because i do not rely at all on today medicine for the T treatment
