Cause of Tinnitus
Fridge, computer fans and lots of annoying sounds and stress
I'm not sure if it's just me but I recently found out that my ears feel some sort of sensation like some sort of recovery when I wear earphones instead of plugs. Plugs honestly never felt like a healthy thing to use, but the phones block more sound but do not cover the ear in a way that feels abnormal. I mean this how i'm experiencing it.

I know from myself that my tinnitus was caused by hearing noises that in the long term were just nog good for my ears. I think I had received a gaming headset with a defect. The right part of the headset pushed some really bad frequencies into my ear it was all just very weird but with my stockholm syndrome having spent so much on it I didn't wanna admit it. I think at some point it had just taken its toll and pretty much made my ears sensetive. My point is that 'noise' is what caused my tensor tempani syndrome/tinnitus. I didn't think silence was the cure because the earplugs just didn't do much for me. But with the headphones it's doing a lot of good things for my ear. This is me so far but maybe the earplugs I have are just bad that could be the case as well. Just a heads up as well for those who wanna try it out now they're reading this.

What do ya'll think tho?
