Cause of Tinnitus
I think pressure to jaw. I don't know.
I have bad headache for hours today. I was working and this headache hasn't stopped. Maybe I can accept T but why headache. It tortures me. I can't imagine life with this headache every day. Woooooow. Hell in earth.

Maybe a simple painkiller would help?
Lots of people get headaches. I had one the other day, took half a Panadol (250mg Paracetamol) and I was fine in 10 minutes.
Do you get a headache every day?

Hi Snow,
Try paracetamol...you could have a migraine or tension headache but it should go soon.
See your doctor if it carries on more than a few days and can check your blood pressure eetc....lots of love glynis

half of my brain have headache in the morning, exact side of my T ear.

I have it for a few days and then a few days i'm ok and then started again.(I know This is worst English sentence.)

Seems to me you need to figure out if you have migraines or simple headaches.

Paracetamol is a no go for migraine treatment, in fact you should avoid it completely.
You need to go to your doc and get a tricyclic AD or some triptans to manage them, then figure out if there are environmental, allergic or food triggers that cause them.

Headaches are easy to manage, you just wait them out or use a simple painkiller like aspirin, paracetamol, ibuprofen, any NSAID will do. Heroin also works lol

And then there's something called vestibular migraine, tinnitus is sometimes associated with that. This particular condition does not respond to any painkiller or migraine treatment. It involves the labyrinth and is managed by things like Cinnarizine or Flunarizine.

Conclusion? Go to your doctor.

Definitely sounds like migraine attacks to me. They will affect your ear like that (they can produce fullness, pain, muffled hearing, hyperacusis, and definitely T). I have been dealing with migraines in my inner ears (called otic migrianes) for 8 months now, every day. I don't usually get headaches, just a lot of what they like to call 'auras'.

I agree with user undecided that you need to be seen by a headache specialist to know if it is a migraine or something else; if it is they will be able to direct you to a prescription med that may stop your headaches from happening. You should also begin a migraine diet as soon as possible to look for food triggers for your headaches (lots of resources online regarding the foods you can and cannot eat). In fact, you should do this before starting a medicine. I had sensitivities to gluten, dairy, and MSG, all of which made my migraines or ear symptoms worse.

Yesterday my dentist use low level laser on my ear and after that My T is louder. I don't know what's going on. it's treatment for TMD.
