    You're not genuinely trying to help people if you imply that their suffering is a choice, you're not truly listening to them. Many people with tinnitus will get better but we can't continue to ignore the severe, debilitating side of this condition. Mind over matter won't be enough in every case, just like with any other severe health issue.

    wow... same. since my tinnitus started. my gf just broke up with me. feels like my whole life is crashing.

    It gets better. But you have to make an effort. It takes time man.. dont get discouraged
