2/4 hours max of sleep per night since 5 months ... I don't even care but it's very hard.

  I know, been there. It's torture. Keep holding on. For me, sleep got better around 5 months in. Not great, but a lot better.

  yes : fan, brown/white noise are my friends since 15 years (see my introduction). I stoped taking sleeping aids 2 weeks ago because it doesn't help me more (no difference with/without). I hate drugs, make me a mess all day. I need to pass out to sleep & I woke up several time per night ... I hope that by returning to my habits (sport, work) it will improve.
