Yeah, I feel like I'm kind of addicted. I've gone down every road and realize that the cause of my t isn't treatable. I think I just need to accept it and move on. I would like to keep in touch with you though, you've been such a positive influence and have helped to lift my spirits. :)

I get it, we all want to feel comfort of some kind. It's not too bad of a forum, lot of good people like yourself here, but I can't believe how some people actually get into arguments on here. Lol, Of course we'll stay in touch. Kinda cool knowing someone from another part of the world who can relate. But your absolutely right, we've got to accept, adapt, and keep living.

I'll most likely still be around if you ever want to chat. Life is so weird for me right now. Just trying to keep things as normal as possible. :)

Hi Sarah, sorry for the late response. Took the family on a mini vacation to the beach. It was nice, we had fun. T was still there but of course when having a good time, I didn't think about it a whole lot. How about yourself?

So nice to hear that you had a good time with your family! My husband and I will be away next week, we're going to a cute Motel by the beach as well - I'm hoping the pool will be open b/c the lake will still be cold. I'm coping, had a bit of a bump with my migraines as you know, but gonna keep going forward. Trying my best to be patient as my muscles heal.

Good for you! Get away when you can. The thing is life goes on despite our problems. I hope you heal quickly. Like I said I’ve never had a migraine, but that combined with T and pain, stinks. Hopefully your good days will begin Outweighing your bad day. Stay strong Sarah. Have a good night.

I feel for you Sarah, I've had bad headaches before, but not sure I know what a migraine feels like. Hopefully your healing will come sooner rather than later.

Thank you! I was making some progress with the physio, then he wanted to try a different technique, and now I have a migraine. Back to the drawing board! Mine are caused from muscle tension, so I gat double whammy#

Good days and bad days, but hey, I've made it this far! Mine is intermittent, one day on, one day off, etc. Last week I had three days of quiet - which is new. I was lucky today as well. Just psychologically challenging cause I know tomorrow will probably be loud.

Good attitude! I’d say a huge part of this is mental. Mine is constant. A lot has to do with how tired I am or if I’m just really focusing on it. I’m glad you reached out. Always good to connect for support. Heading out to dinner, have a good evening.

That's the best thing to do. Take it day by day. Trust me it wasn't always like that. The first few months I was a shell of myself. I was in a bad place. Then little by little I began to climb out of it. Take it a moment at a time. Always remember your good moments. Hang on to those. You'll find you'll start having more good moments, then good days, then good weeks. It takes time.
