Well I finally got a ear plug, I tried it this morning, I put it in before T started, but T started a few minutes later anyway. :( I'm going to try again anyway, a few times at least. Well, you don't know until you try. ;)

Thanks, I will try to take good care of them. I have noticed that one day when I vacuumed the floor, the load noise made my Tinnitus really bad, so I covered my good ear with my hand most of the time. Is that normal for Tinnitus, when you hear a load noise it gets worse??? That's the only loud...

Same here, mine last all day once it starts as well. Well, I'm not the only one then. :) I read some about those who have it all night, and thought maybe it was not common to have it stop during sleep? But as was said, looks like everyone is a little different, Thanks
