There are so many that ask that same question. It's like someone asking, why did I get cancer, or MS, or ALS, or any malady. It just happens and it's part of the human experience. We are fragile creatures, that occasionally break.

I like games and Russian roulette, seems to be an appropriate alternative, to playing cards! I'll go first!

Have you been dealt the sleep card yet? I hope you will, via medication and music.

What really bugs me is people that don't have it don't appreciate how debilitating it is . Can be crippling at times.
I truly feel for any sufferer ..

Find your inner strength and accept, at least for now, that this is your new silence. I sit in a quiet room and sing out loud, then yell, silence! And for a few minutes, I hear nothing. Try it. Sometimes I hum to distract myself. Whatever it takes to get by, do it!
