Accidentally triggered an in-store alarm yesterday when looking at a new phone. Didn't cover my ears and today I'm spiking, and feel stupid.

Late update: Botox gave temporary relief but T returned. Even more convinced now that something is up with my TMJ. Waiting for specialist.

Botox update (day 8): Yesterday I experienced complete silence for the first time since 2019. Today's worse, but I'm carefully optimistic.

Ever since I discovered that my T correlates to my jaw clenching, I've considered trying masseter botox. And today I'm getting it!

Woke up in near silence today and instead of enjoying it, I'm obsessing about what I did different to achieve this. The joys of T!

I can't tell if I'm getting used to my spike, or if my spike is coming to an end. Nevertheless, today is kind of good.
