I was in the same boat last Nov. Things have been hard, but I've been getting better T wise.

I was also in the same boat back in June.

however, I think I'm almost habituated again. Don't lose hope x

How did you guys manage to do this? I mean, I habituated to the first one because it was mild. This is very loud
