It's a regular occurrence for me. And the pulling it out too quick. Funny to think a year ago, I never even imagined earplugs would be a huge part of my life.
Happens to me all the time. If I can, I take a break from earplugs and let my ears calm down a bit.

@Steph1710 Was thinking about this yesterday. Can't believe i used to be able to walk to the shops without earplugs!

@Charburchar I can't believe I used to drive with no earplugs, windows wound down, listening to loud music. Long gone are those days.. sigh..
